Today I'm a happy men.. And here i would like to share my happiness with all u guys..

If u guys remember that I always say that both bios life complete and slim are clinically proven to help maintain healthy blood sugar level and also lower the ldl (bad) cholesterol and increase hdl (good) cholesterol.. Here i would like to share my lab results..

My sodium level is normal it stand at 141 which the range is in between 135 - 150.. Potassium stands are 4.5.. Also normal it stand in between 3.5- 5.0 and cholesterol it stand at 4.55 which is the desirable level which is below <5.2 and my triglycerides stands at 0.57 also at the desirable level which is <1.7.. And my HDL cholesterol stand at 1.47.. Also at the desirable level which is between 1.0 - 1.5.. And here it comes my LDL level.. Is 2.82 also at the desirable level which is between 2.6 - 3.3.. And the overall Cholesterol ratio stands at 3.10 and my Dr say is very good Because if the ratio is at is above 4.5 puts me at the high risk of getting heart attack and other cardio vascular diseases.. And my blood sugar level also normal 5.1.. Which the normal range is between 3.0 - 6.0.. Before meal.. And the Dr also say that my kidneys are functioning very good and should not have any worries of getting Kidneys failure or even diabetes.. And when the Dr says this i felt like i wanted to jump with joy.. Hahaha

And here i would like to acknowledge u my friends i had a few of u asking me Why am i posting what i eat while consuming the unicity world class products.. If u are following u might see my diet once in a while contains high cholesterol food like.. Satay.. Mutton briayani.. And alot more.. Its not about the food but its the results that i get while consuming it..

Alhamdulillah...just came back from raya visiting cum durian party. Lol.

Before leaving home for raya visiting, found out that my Bios Life C is running low PLUS something is not right with my raya clothes so decided to take a pic of myself...this is what I found out...have a look...

Let me introduce my all time favourite grama to you!
I love her a lot! She's been supportive of me since I was young! When I was 14yr, I drag her to one of the mobiles shop to have her iC and have her sign the mobile plan just to get my dream phone without my mom's consent! And my grams being the nicest grams in the world, she actually followed and fulfill my wants and sign the contract for me without even knowing what is it for! I have always love her and she has always been there for me. Put this aside, my Grama is also a consumer and a franchise owner of bios Life!

One thing I like about her is she's determine to get her health better. She would do just anything to get well! Even at her age of 85 now!

She started consuming biosLife C, superchlorophyll and natures tea on 11/7/12.
She used to just sit in her room watch television and shower the plant outside our house and she'll be tired and eventually just lie on her bed almost half the day! After one month of consuming, and despite the healing process, my grama still continues to take it diligently and guess what?

Alhamdulillah...finally my dinner after my long day. But before that as per normal, I will do the shake! Bios Life C not coz I'm facing health problems but instead to maintain or improve my health. :)

Time to tuck in! :)

Health Tips

Prevention is always better than cure comparing in terms of costs for prevention to costs for remedy. Definitely the costs for remedy would be higher than the costs for prevention. So what are the basic precautions that we could take?

- Eat well. Eat a well balanced meal and include Bios Life Slim or Bios Life C as part of your daily routine. If you are a multi-vits lover, get Daily Produce and Core Health Basics to ensure sufficient intake of fruits and veggies as well as vitamins into the body.

- Exercise. Do regular exercises minimum twice a week. For extreme obese issue, don't exert yourself. Go for daily brisk walks for at least 30mins per day. 11 August 2012 Break Fast & Personal Coaching

Alhamdulillah. Break fast slightly late today after personal coaching with my core leader Mona to guide her on her Happy Life journey.

As I had consumed Bios Life C, 10-15mins before my break fast and it made me full, I only ate one of my favourites thats ROJAK! I don't have to worry much about the foods I eat coz I have my Bios Life C with me wherever I go.

Just Pour, Shake and Drink! That's all there is to it! Taking care of my health has never been this easy. I don't even have to bring my shaker with me, just slip the sachet into my pocket and I'm ready to go!

Alhamdulillah...break fast done. The simplest of all the days of fasting coz Bios Life C has reduced my appetite. Even til now after doing the shake, I'm still full.

Last year fasting without Bios Life C, the dinner table would be a food fiesta. Lol. Now I can save $$$ and most importantly not waste food. :)

Alhamdulillah...we have safely gone through 7 days of fasting and today would be the 8th. How fast time really flies! :)

Yesterday's break fast came with good news which I will be sharing in the next post. Now I've gulped down my LiFiber and time to bobok! Today is a new day and a mission to complete! Will update again later! :)

27 July 2012 Morning Fasting Meal

Alhamdulillah...sahur done. Now waiting for prayer time.

This is my first fasting month with Bios Life C and I find it interesting. Previously when fasting, I will get hungry by about 3pm or 4pm but now it lasted even after break fast. And during break fast, drinking water is suffecient for me coz I still feel full.

My consumer who is a diabetic also feel the same way too. His favourite dishes that he buy from outside usually finishes in one meal but now, as he eats lesser the dishes that he bought yesterday for break fast lasted til now and still not finished. His words, "biasa aku makan habis tu...ni tidak, sampai sahur masih ada pun tetap tak habis."

In translation,"usually I will eat it til finish...but now, until morning meal still available and still cannot finish."

Now this is an advantage...We eat lesser and also spend lesser on food. We can save more $$$. Syukran... :)
