Today I'm a happy men.. And here i would like to share my happiness with all u guys..

If u guys remember that I always say that both bios life complete and slim are clinically proven to help maintain healthy blood sugar level and also lower the ldl (bad) cholesterol and increase hdl (good) cholesterol.. Here i would like to share my lab results..

My sodium level is normal it stand at 141 which the range is in between 135 - 150.. Potassium stands are 4.5.. Also normal it stand in between 3.5- 5.0 and cholesterol it stand at 4.55 which is the desirable level which is below <5.2 and my triglycerides stands at 0.57 also at the desirable level which is <1.7.. And my HDL cholesterol stand at 1.47.. Also at the desirable level which is between 1.0 - 1.5.. And here it comes my LDL level.. Is 2.82 also at the desirable level which is between 2.6 - 3.3.. And the overall Cholesterol ratio stands at 3.10 and my Dr say is very good Because if the ratio is at is above 4.5 puts me at the high risk of getting heart attack and other cardio vascular diseases.. And my blood sugar level also normal 5.1.. Which the normal range is between 3.0 - 6.0.. Before meal.. And the Dr also say that my kidneys are functioning very good and should not have any worries of getting Kidneys failure or even diabetes.. And when the Dr says this i felt like i wanted to jump with joy.. Hahaha

And here i would like to acknowledge u my friends i had a few of u asking me Why am i posting what i eat while consuming the unicity world class products..
