Alhamdulillah...finally my dinner after my long day. But before that as per normal, I will do the shake! Bios Life C not coz I'm facing health problems but instead to maintain or improve my health. :)

2 August 2012 Iftar With Friends

Alhamdulillah...had iftar together with my friends. Bios Life C or Slim can be consumed in many ways. Even if you forget to bring your shaker, a simple mineral water bottle will do. :)

Now walking-walking at Geylang Serai and at the same time do shop knocking.
