Alhamdulillah...break fast came with good news from my consumer Lina on her mother-in-law.
Just recently her mother-in-law faced a hives problem and was given Super Chlorophyll to drink. Within a day, the hives subsided.

Alhamdulillah today is a more relaxed day spending time with my mum then go food hunting at Geylang Bazaar.
Had just a drink for break fast coz at that time I am still full...so went Geylang Serai to food hunt. Now at home only then feeling hungry and luckily I managed to get this sub at one of the stalls earlier on. Though late I'm still not forgetting my Bios Life C.
Tuck in all! Next will be my LiFiber before sleep. :)

Yesterday attended MBA class and joined the family for HAMBAM session. With most of the franchise owners away on their well deserved free trip to Hawaii, the office is gonna be quiet for the next few days. No worries...next free trip is Korea!!! Winter Sonata!!! Hehehe

When sahur(meal before first light)
