Health Tips
Prevention is always better than cure comparing in terms of costs for prevention to costs for remedy. Definitely the costs for remedy would be higher than the costs for prevention. So what are the basic precautions that we could take?
- Eat well. Eat a well balanced meal and include Bios Life Slim or Bios Life C as part of your daily routine. If you are a multi-vits lover, get Daily Produce and Core Health Basics to ensure sufficient intake of fruits and veggies as well as vitamins into the body.
- Exercise. Do regular exercises minimum twice a week. For extreme obese issue, don't exert yourself. Go for daily brisk walks for at least 30mins per day. Brisk walking itself helps in cardio-vascular as well as in burning the extra baggage(ideal when you are using Bios Life Slim. Enhance the slimming process. *wink*)
- Have ample rest. Prolonged lack of rest leads to unnecessary health issues. There's a time for work and there's time for play. Ensure that you have a balance of both.
