This is my first fasting month with Bios Life C and I find it interesting. Previously when fasting, I will get hungry by about 3pm or 4pm but now it lasted even after break fast. And during break fast, drinking water is suffecient for me coz I still feel full.
My consumer who is a diabetic also feel the same way too. His favourite dishes that he buy from outside usually finishes in one meal but now, as he eats lesser the dishes that he bought yesterday for break fast lasted til now and still not finished. His words, "biasa aku makan habis tu...ni tidak, sampai sahur masih ada pun tetap tak habis."
In translation,"usually I will eat it til finish...but now, until morning meal still available and still cannot finish."

Alhamdulillah today is a more relaxed day spending time with my mum then go food hunting at Geylang Bazaar.
Had just a drink for break fast coz at that time I am still full...so went Geylang Serai to food hunt. Now at home only then feeling hungry and luckily I managed to get this sub at one of the stalls earlier on. Though late I'm still not forgetting my Bios Life C.

Good morning fellows!
Some friends asked me why do I need to slim down and they say I always look good on pictures. They do not know that I don't publish ugly looking of me like two pictures shown here. This white dress was made on 2000 and only fit me for 3 or 4 years because along with aged, I grew bigger too. And in the recent years it is worse and worse, and my cholesterol also hiked up.
But now you can see from the picture I took last night, the dress fit me again! My cholesterol is down too of course! On March 9 my cholesterol level was still at 251 and in 3 weeks it is down to 210, and these days it is always on the safe level. Wouldn't you love yourself to be able to look the way you wish? Times have evolved and life is not like it used to be where there can be period to be with the family, a period to go holidays...even working hours now have stretched from 8hrs to 12hrs for most of us.

Eventho i'm still not yet achieve my ideal weight but i'm so happy with my progress... Each and every month since i've started consuming supplement from Bios Life i can see the different in me bit by bit but surely.
