I can't believe my eyes when i first saw dad walking trough the hotel lobby entrance last weekend... In just 1 month followed by a strict diet and regular excercise he had Transformed like a Transformers :D
I'm soooo happy when he told me his Blood Sugar drop from 7+ to recently 5.8... Alhamdulillah :')
