Today marks the 1st day of the fasting month. For the benefits of our Muslim friends, here are the arrangements for consuming slim during Ramadhan.
When sahur(meal before first light)
- Once awake take 2/5 capsules of Paraway Plus
- If you have LiFiber, consume it 10mins after Paraway Plus

When break fast(after prayer call)
