7 August 2012 Break Fast

Alhamdulillah...done my break fast. Selamat berbuka to all my Muslim bros and sis! :)

There wasn't much updates for the past hours as I'm helping my clients settle their housing issues however nevertheless yesterday I still managed to squeeze in time to meet one of my core leaders Mona for personal coaching session to prepare the next step in her Happy Life journey. :)

Well again here's the true beauty of network marketing whereby as football fans of Liverpool always say,"You never walk alone". Lol. ;p

In the Happy Life Project, successful leaders like PS Shalina, has already paved the way for the rest of the partners and all we need to do is just follow and embrace the UNIPOWER system to success. Every single leader plays a very crucial part in to bring the team to success. The key word here is team work. With teamwork, any problem will just be a small obstacle.

4 August 2012 Morning Meal

Good weekend morning! Wakey wakey my Muslim bros and sis! Time for sahur! Imsak timing for today is 5.36am. :)

Just a recap for sahur Bios Life Slim consumption :

When sahur(meal before first light)
- Once awake take 2/5 capsules of Paraway Plus
- If you have LiFiber, consume it 10mins after Paraway Plus
- Drink Bios Life Slim 10mins after LiFiber
- After 10mins, starting eating your meal.

Yesterday had a packed schedule with the last was iftar(get together) with the Happy Life Project team. Did the 'shake' together, break fast and after that goal setting cum get-to-know each other session.

Alhamdulillah I'm happy to see more and more new faces in the team. With teamwork, everyone is set to achieve their dreams and goals!
