Before i choose Bios Life Slim,i was thinking does this product really works..It takes me a few weeks to decide.Then i finally made up my mind and started to believed that i can do it and i will do it starting with a DAMN 101kg and of course my fatherly look belly..
My pants size was 42.Joke aside 42 man!!People who saw me all this while knows what im saying.

2 weeks went by with just maintaining my 4-4-12 meal time and doing jog-on the spot(in my toilet) for 15 mins 3 times per week,my wife says she saw a different me.That was the time when i set my goals and determinations.Then i started to have running in my schedule.It was 2.5km at 1st.The best part is i don't feel cramps or pains like i usually have when i'm doing my usual ippt.

1 mth pass..This was the time i went down to Guardian pharmacy to buy a weighing scale.I went up and down the weighing scale 4 times to make me believed that i'm losing 9kg. Then i gradually increase my running to 4-5km.
